Dean, a staff chaplain with 2nd Marine Division assigned to the Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Chaplain Corps, discusses the history of the command religious program during the Battle of Iwo Jima and extends an invitation to the community to attend any of the weekly worship services offered on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Feb. 19, 2019. The Chaplain Corps on base manages eight chapels and offers services to promote spiritual and personal readiness through ministries or pastoral care and the provision and facilitation for the free exercise of religion.
