Rules

The Eastern Judicial Circuit Rules of Practice are incorporated into the Navy Marine Corps Trial Judiciary Uniform Rules of Practice.  All military and civilian counsel appearing within the Eastern Judicial Circuit are expected to be familiar with and comply with these rules.
