FAMILY BASED IMMIGRATION SERVICES
The Camp Lejeune Legal Assistance Office will not be able to provide assistance on family based immigration matters until further notice. Immigration assistance for family members is available at Fort Bragg. To set up an appointment with the Fort Bragg Legal Assistance Office, please call (910) 396-6113 or (910) 396-0396. We hope to have this assistance available through the Camp Lejeune Legal Assistance Office as soon as possible.

SUMMER HOLIDAY CLOSURES.
The Legal Assistance Office will be closed for all services on Monday and Tuesday, the 7 and 8 of September, in observance of Labor Day.
NEW RIVER OFFICE. Our Legal Assistance Office at the New River Air Station will be closed every Monday and open on Tuesdays through Fridays only until further notice.
DUE TO THE OUTBREAK OF CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19), OUR OFFICE IS IMPLEMENTING NEW PROCEDURES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
FACE COVERINGS. The Commanding General, MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune, has directed that, effective 10 April 2020, all individuals aboard MCIEAST installations will carry a face covering when entering any base activity and will wear it during occasions where at least six feet of social distancing cannot be maintained. Examples of appropriate face covering include, scarves, neck gaiters, and non-medical masks. The Legal Assistance office and its clients and visitors will comply with this Directive. Your compliance is greatly appreciated.
POLICY CONCERNING LARGE GROUPS AND LEGAL PRESENTATIONS. Briefs to groups of ten persons or more are suspended until further notice. We continue to provide Separation/Divorce and Wills/POAs Briefs at our Camp Lejeune location to the first ten persons present. Priority for Brief attendance is given to Active Duty members of the Armed Forces.
PRE-DEPLOYMENT BRIEFS. Our office has prepared a Pre-Deployment Brief for your remote use. Please call our office to receive instructions on how we may assist you in obtaining and delivering that Brief to your deploying units, as well as how we may assist you in preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney for your deploying units
