Jay Struthers, heavy equipment mechanic with 2nd Maintenance Battalion, 2nd Combat Readiness Regiment, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, and a native of Winter Haven, Florida, poses for a portrait on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, March 5, 2024. Each week, 2nd MLG recognizes one outstanding Marine or Sailor as the Warrior of the Week, who goes above and beyond in their duties and embodies the whole Marine concept. Struthers was selected for being well versed in the mechanics of heavy equipment and being a strong leader that marines can look up to.
